Your group must consist of a minimum of 20 people from the same category (adult or school group).
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and General Terms and Conditions. The sending of our quote constitutes an option only.
If the signed quote is not received 1 month before your visit date, the reservation will be cancelled.
For bookings in September, your signed quote must reach us before 30 June.
The group size may be modified up to 7 working days before the visit date at no charge and becomes final thereafter.
Any modification to the group size must not bring the group below 20 people. Below 20 people, the preferential rates are cancelled; however, the booking may be maintained at the individual rate. Any change to the group size will only be taken into account if the capacity on board the train and at the partner venue allows it.
The balance must be settled before your arrival or directly at the ticket office on the day of your visit, in a single payment for the entire group.
