Booking terms and conditions
- Your group must consist of at least 20 people in the same category (adult or school group).
- Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed quote and the deposit. Sending our quote is considered an option, not a confirmation.
- If we do not receive your deposit 1 month before the date of your visit, the reservation is canceled.
- For reservations in September, your deposit must reach us by June 30.
- For packages WITHOUT dining: The group size can be adjusted up to the day of the visit by +/- 5 people, subject to availability. For adjustments beyond 5 people, reserved services will be billed.
- For packages WITH dining: The group size can be adjusted up to 7 working days before the visit date without charge, after which it becomes final.
- Any modification must not reduce the group size below 20 people. If the group falls below 20, preferential rates no longer apply, but the booking can be maintained at the individual rate. Group size modifications are subject to the available capacity on board the train and at the partner establishment.
Payment of a deposit or full order at the time of reservation :
- A 30% deposit is required for professional and association groups. The balance is payable at the ticket counter on the day of your visit, with a single payment for the entire group.
